Terms & Conditions
To reserve the trip we require a deposit of €500 per person. The balance of your payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Payments must be in Euros, and can be made by Wire, Visa, Master Card or American Express. A single supplement will be charged to each traveller (travelling solo) who wants a private room throughout a trip. We must receive your signed reservation form and deposit to confirm your reservation. Once received, we send you a confirmation including details about your trip, and a cancellation/travel insurance application.
What if I have to change or cancel my trip?
If you must cancel your trip more than 90 days prior to departure, there is a cancellation fee of €100; between 61 – 90 days prior to departure there is a cancellation fee of 25% of the original trip price; between 31 – 60 days prior to departure there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the original trip price; there is no refund for cancelling a trip less than 30 days prior to departure.
TRIP INSURANCEWoaw7 highly recommends travel insurance in the event of a medical emergency, lost baggage, or if you need to cancel your trip.
