At the Silk Hamlet in Provence we arrange any event such as your birthday, anniversary or any family celebration. We also especialize in arranging Weddings! You can either rent part of the Hamlet or the entire property! We are here to help you design and share the magic moment with your family and friends during your stay. We are here to make that special date unforgettable.

Your wedding……

The wedding is a unique celebration, that of the commitment, the sharing, the absolute emotion. Capturing all the strong moments and nevertheless fleeting of this day, all details and the essence with it. Because a wedding is a meeting to part, arisen from a history to part “that of a man, a woman, a family”, this day is especially design for you and your best friends & family.

To fulfil your dreams and expectations Woaw7 team specially design in smaller wedding, just your best family and friends. From 25-35 of the people you love!

Accommodations:
On-site sleeping capacity of 25 people. 11 double rooms and one family room sleeping 4 people. (Our neighbour takes 10 people – charming place with swimming pool)  All rooms must be booked during weddings. Each room has different colours, fabrics and furniture, some have a terrace while others have a private garden.

Style:
An exclusive and sophisticated residence. A sort of mini-Provence, more authentic than nature itself. A 19th-century hamlet, entirely renovated that was once a Silk Factory. An elegant décor without ostentation. Beautiful stonework, gleaming wood surfaces and shades of soft beige welcome you to this charming home.

Our team will work closely with you to reserve your dates, plan the schedule of events, co-ordinate all food and beverage details. All from the design of the menu to the linens and decor. We will assist you with every detail for your wedding experience at the Silk Hamlet.

Photographer

We help you with a professional photographer to take the unique picture of your day. Our beautiful surroundings are the perfect background for your lifetime photographs.

Flowers

We will be delighted to assist you with our preferred floral designers, or the florist of your choice. We can also create themes and matching décor for your event setting.
Provence grows delicate flowers and our experienced florists create the most exquisite bouquets.

Cakes

Our talented in-house Pastry Chef can create a beautiful customised Wedding cake in the flavour of your preference. If you have a photograph of a special cake, we will be happy to prepare that cake for you. Our Chef has a wide selection of cakes and tarts to choose from.

Menu creations

Our Chef prides himself on culinary creativity and offers an extensive array of menus to choose from.
Alternatively, we can completely custom-design a menu for you, along with your choice of beverages.
Whatever the wedding event, from an intimate family brunch to a sophisticated cocktail buffet or a grand reception banquet, our team will assist you or your bridal consultant from planning to execution.

Linens and tabletop décor

We offers rustic linens, cutlery, and Provence style plates for all banquet tables. Our interior designer is an experienced lady with fabulous taste and long experience.

Entertainment

We enjoy and highly recommend the local band -jazz & rock inspired, but we can also rent in  string quartets, harpists and pianists.

Transportation

We arrange local transportation for you or your visiting guests. How about a horse ridden carriage?

French Provençal style refers to a design and really, a way of life, that came to be in the mid-18th Century. The style is known for its relaxed and rustic country elegance, featuring beautiful patterns, delicious food and an abundance of fresh flowers. Naturally, this makes French Provençal a fantastic inspiration for a Wedding, for your wedding.

The property consists of several houses. In the main house “Bastide” there are three large family rooms. The kitchen, dining and living room as well as a terrace with a nice view can also be found in the main house.

Their are  two seminar rooms, where we can organise and accommodate birthday and other celebrating parties, weddings, seminars and banquets. One of rooms holds betweens 30-40 people, the other, former stone “Sheep-barn”, up to 150 people.
