Prepare to enjoy energizing classes that will fill your soul with peace and will strengthen your body. People of all levels can participate and no previous experience is required as our instructor will accomodate the body movements for each individual. The sessions are varied with slow movements and stretches to prepare your muscles for the biking experience. After your tour, our instructor will teach you breathing techniques to fully relax your body. Then a glass of organic wine will guarantee you a good night’s sleep.

Isabel is a Certified Yoga and Pilates Teacher with many years experience. In addition to yoga, Isabel is also a Nutrition Counselor with a shared practice in Kent, England. Isabel advices her students to eat balanced and organic foods. She favours breathing and meditation to create a holistic approach to healthy living. To create armony in our lives is her goal and she will provide you with her best tips to achieve that.

Am I fit enough for the biking and yoga tour?
The bike tour is rated as basic-intermediate level trip. The average daily biking distance we will ride 25-45km. This usually requires 2-3 hours of pedaling per day. The biking, along with the yoga experience, are designed to fit all levels of experience that will allow you to go at your own pace. This is non-competitive enjoyment… and is fun!
